Each One, Plant One​

This earth day, Tapas Foundation joined hands with Hiltii India (as their CSR initiative) and India Is Us to plant 200 saplings at Rajkiya Varishth Madhyamik Vidyalay, Gurugram, Haryana.

Digitising Education​

Digitising Education, a campaign that was recently conducted by Tapas Foundation aims to help the underprivileged students of our country to get access to the tools of technology in order to help them grow academically. The pandemic affected the lives of students belonging to economically weaker families extremely difficult. With no access to electronic gadgets, or internet the online mode of study costed them their, energy and time.

She Matters

Our recent campaign “She Matters” aims to help women from the underprivileged sector of our country to protect and maintain their intimate hygiene without facing any hurdles. #SheMatters was conducted and curated by tapas foundation and sponsored by Ramboll India. Through this campaign we have impacted the lives of more than 800+ women of Islamia and Suzuki Slum area of Gurgaon, Haryana.

Freedom Through Education

Less than half of India’s children between the age 6 and 14 go to school. Keeping the importance of education in mind, Tapas Foundation recently collaborated as a Campaign Partner with P&G(Procter & Gamble) under their CSR programme P&G Shiksha with Round Table India and BRT-257 for their initiative called ‘FREEDOM THROUGH EDUCATION’ under which they successfully constructed a school in Dahod, Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh on 23rd December, 2021. With a vision of educating kids, Tapas Foundation is always willing to ensure the benefits of education to be accessible to everyone.

Tapas X Unicharm​

Tapas foundation has always had a vision of supporting and talking about issues that are a taboo in India. There are over 355 million menstruating women and girls in India,28 yet millions of women across the country still face significant barriers to comfortable and dignified experience with menstrual health.

Tapas x Round Table x BRT- 257​

At Tapas foundation, we believe that ‘awareness is the first step to social reform’. In keeping with this, on November 22 and 23, Tapas foundation in collaboration with Round Table India & BRT-257, organised a social awareness campaign.

Bharat Yatra

Hunger in India​

The coronavirus pandemic has intensified the problems that were already plaguing the lives of those living under extreme circumstances. One such community was reached out to by Tapas team, as part of the Hunger in India campaign. Living in makeshift homes, these families have been struggling to make ends meet, and do odd jobs as scrap collectors to manage a single meal. They often have to rely on begging or getting meals from temples.

The rising water crisis in the country has been a much talked about issue in recent years, and rightly so. Despite housing over 1.3 billion people, India has only 4% of the world’s fresh water.
