The “School Chale Hum” campaign, orchestrated in partnership with Hilti India, stands as a testament to the commitment towards holistic growth and development of young minds across various cities in India. The initiative extends its reach to Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad. By focusing on the pillars of environmental conservation, career guidance, substance abuse awareness, and child rights, the campaign aims to create a profound and lasting impact on students’ lives. 

Fostering Educational and Environmental Awareness 

In each location, the campaign commenced with a warm introduction, highlighting the contributions of the partnering NGOs and the objectives of the drive. The sessions, conducted by enthusiastic Hilti representatives, were designed to be both informative and engaging. Students were enlightened about crucial topics such as career development, the dangers of substance abuse, and their fundamental rights, equipping them with the tools necessary for personal and academic growth, and fostering a more informed and empowered generation. 

Cultivating a Greener Tomorrow 

A significant aspect of the “School Chale Hum” campaign was the tree plantation drive. In every city, students and Hilti representatives joined hands to plant a variety of saplings, promoting environmental consciousness and sustainability. This hands-on activity not only beautified the school premises but also instilled a sense of responsibility towards nature among the participants. Each event saw the distribution of snack boxes, stationery, and school kits, further supporting the students’ educational journey. 

Engaging Activities and Personal Development 

The campaign was enriched with a variety of interactive activities, including quizzes on the discussed topics, ensuring that students retained and understood the information shared. The winners were celebrated with school kits, fostering a spirit of healthy competition and learning. The unique distribution of kullads embedded with seeds and compost fertilizer mix allowed Hilti employees to personalize and take home a piece of the campaign, symbolizing their commitment to environmental conservation and personal growth.

Building Strong Community Relationships 

In addition to educational and environmental efforts, the campaign emphasized building strong relationships between the school and the community. This was evident through the exchange of mementoes between Hilti representatives and school authorities, symbolizing mutual respect and gratitude. The Nukkad Nataks performed by the Hilti team on hygiene and cleanliness were particularly impactful, delivering important messages engagingly and memorably.
