Planting trees equates to planting lives therefore Plantation Drives are what can help to create a better world.

To strengthen the cause of planting more trees and creating a pollution free environment, Tapas Foundation in collaboration with India Is us under Hilti India’s CSR initiative organised a plantation drive on 5th July , at Tavrekere Middle School, Bangalore, India.

Under this campaign we planted 56 saplings along with the volunteers and members of Hilti India. The day was filled with fun- activities. All the students along with the school Principal actively participated in the drive.

The enthusiasm and zeal shown by the students of the school during the plantation drive was indeed commendable.

To appreciate the efforts made by the members of team Hilti and the Principal of Tavrekere Middle School, Tapas rewarded them with momentos to acknowledge their efforts for becoming a part of the big change.

The campaign turned out to be a huge success because of everyone’s collective cooperation.
