Our goal is simple: to uplift underprivileged communities by focusing on education,
skill-building, and creative expression. We believe that every person, no matter where they come
from, should have the chance to realise their full potential and make a meaningful impact.

Baalkalakaar: Sparking Creativity in Children
Baalkalakaar is a beautiful initiative that gives underprivileged children a space to let their
imaginations run wild. This event is all about art, creativity, and learning. Through workshops on
mandala art, painting, and origami, we aim to nurture the hidden talents of these children and
give them the tools to express themselves. The smiles, the joy, and the artwork they create—it’s
truly magical.
In 2024, Baalkalakaar touched the lives of over 550 children at Harola Primary Government
School in Noida. The event wouldn’t have been possible without the help of 100+ volunteers
who made the day even more special.

Our Collaboration with AIESEC
Baalkalakaar is a proud collaboration with AIESEC, a global organization that focuses on
leadership development and multicultural exchange for youth. AIESEC helps bring valuable
leadership and logistical support, ensuring the success of this impactful event. However, our
primary focus remains on development and the impact we create through initiatives like
Baalkalakaar.
